Making HTML compliant website should be your priority. It helps web crawlers to crawl your website and index them properly.

When you’re writing content, write for your users, not for search engines.  This is the only way to truly produce valuable content that will help your site sustain its rankings long-term.

Images can make all the difference on a website. Think of the Apple website- if they had blurry pictures of outdated cell phones, the web design would probably not be so appealing. Be selective with your images and ask yourself: Are my images good quality, interesting, and compelling?

A good client knows his or her initial requirements. A great designer knows the right questions to ask to discover the client’s needs.

Design is about solving problems. Innovative design is about solving problems so beautifully, that those around you are forced to solve their problems just to stay afloat.

Want to be relevant?  Creating a website is not enough anymore.  Be sure to update your social media often, become a frequent poster on blogs related to your industry, and look for other avenues that will help get your brand noticed.

Whitespace is your friend. Think of it as breathing room in the conversation between your site and your user – not ALL silences should be filled!
